How to Use Drupal to Simplify Website Management

Drupal: Empowering Your Website Management

If you're not already up to speed on Drupal, it's really pretty straightforward. It's free and open source software that is widely utilized to help manage websites both large and small. The fact that it's free makes Drupal, well, highly affordable. (Rocket science, right?) And the fact that it's open source and popular means that it receives a lot of attention and maintenance from a Drupal community all interested in improving features and functionality. Definitely a win-win there.

If you're still with me, then you probably recognize Drupal as a content management system (CMS). And as such, that means Drupal can really help you manage your own website without having to be a code nerd or a tech junkie. With Drupal, you edit or add content as desired, and you don't have to pay an IT employee or an outside firm every time you want to make a change.

For some companies, that means that Drupal allows you to accomplish a job that used to take two people or more with just one person. That translates to more efficiency throughout the business, freeing up employees to perform other tasks to help the business grow and prosper. It also encourages more frequent content updates to your website-the lifeblood of today's SEO and customer service.

At Trifecta, we don't always use Drupal, but we always do when it's the best option. We handle each client individually and make recommendations based on what we believe will give the best return on investment. If your business or organization is based in or around Lexington, KY (or even if it's not) and you have questions about Drupal development, call or email us. We're always happy to discuss ways in which we may be able to help.
