Electric Signs of the Times

Filed under:

We get a lot of positive comments about our sign out front. It's a light box, so it's backlit and shines brightly at night over our ol' Kentucky home on Jefferson Street. Very groovy and somewhat unique.

We were flattered by our neighbors at Apogee who decided they wanted a similar sign of their own. Currently in production and nearly ready to be installed, it will provide a nice bit of symmetry, as their building and ours are the two between Stella's Deli and Nick Rya's. Pretty cool.

The signs themselves sense when its time to kick on, so the lighting process is automatic, and no power is wasted in the middle of the day, which is nice for everyone involved.

Oh, and I almost forgot to mention one of the best parts. The way the sign is designed, it can be removed and replaced any time we feel like it. So if we want to pop it out and promote an event for a week, we can do it. If we want to update our logo, same thing - boom! Instant karma's gonna getcha. Or us. Or someone. Anyway, you know what I mean.

If you want a sign like ours, we can hook you up. Just give us a ring.
